Open Question: How to register with DSE bangladesh stock market......?

I am a foreigner and want to invest in Bangladesh stock market. I contacted a broker and he asked me to register with DSE first. I dont understand what it means. Is this means to open an account with "Authorized Dealer or Custodian Bank or Portfolio Manager". If it is right then please guide me How can I do this out side from Bangladesh. Thanks... read more
